Jacqueline Juncher
I work as a pentalingual secretary at Vitanova.
I have worked in the health sector for many, many years. My most recent job was at the department of gynaecology and obstetrics, G76, at Roskilde University Hospital, where I worked for 18 years. I was part of the team of treatment providers, and over the term of my employment I gained experience with both short-term and long-term patient relationships. During my many years in the job, I acquired in-depth knowledge of just about all obstetrical/gynaecological specialties. I have also been responsible for patients scheduled for surgery as well as sub-acute patients.
In connection with my work at Roskilde University Hospital, I worked as an interpreter for doctors, midwives and patients.
Vitanova also draws on my skills as an interpreter. I acquired my language skills in French, German, English and the Scandinavian languages as follows: My parents decided early on that I should go to school at the French School in Frederiksberg Allé, where I attended school up to and including year 7. After that, I was enrolled at the German School, Sct. Petri, where I was a student from year 8 until I began upper secondary school at Zahle’s Gymnasium.
The reason why I now work at Vitanova is that I am passionate about this field of work, about being part of a dynamic team and providing service. This is just up my street, so when the opportunity came up, I jumped at it, and now I am part of the team.
