Personal information is any kind of information that to some extent can be attributed to you. When you use our website we collect and process a number of such information. This happens, for example. by alm. access of content or if you use a contact form.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you explicitly consent to this and enter the information yourself, you will also be treated: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address, birthday date and the personal information you may provide in the message field in our contact form.

Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, disclosed, lost, impaired, or misunderstood, misused or otherwise violated by law.

Purpose
Information is used to identify you as a user and to show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your inquiry , and to provide the services you have requested. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.

Storage period
Information is stored for the time allowed by law and we delete it when no longer required. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and possibly. clicks on, geographical location, gender and age segment, etc. are disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see which third parties in the "Cookies" section above. The information is used to target advertising.

We also use a number of third parties for the storage and processing of data. These only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Transmission of personal data such as name and e-mail etc. will only occur if you give consent to it. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

Insight and complaints
You have the right to be informed of which personal information we treat about you. You can also object at any time that information is used. You may also revoke your consent to the processing of your information. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to be corrected or deleted. Cancellations, reschedules and refund policies

In relation to all cancellation and reschedule fees, please note that we only retain fees to cover the reasonable costs and losses we have incurred by virtue of your decision not to proceed with a consultation or treatment.

Services are not refundable once performed and are otherwise subject to our terms and conditions relating to refunds and cancellations.

After booking, if you decide not to go ahead with your initial consultation, the following terms will apply, subject to our terms and conditions:

• If you cancel or reschedule your initial consultation with more than 72 hours’ notice you will be entitled to a full refund of the costs paid or be able to reschedule your appointment.
• If you reschedule your initial consultation with less than 72 hours’ notice, you will not be entitled to a refund.
• If you do not attend a scheduled initial consultation, you will not be entitled to a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel appointments and discontinue treatment/services for non-payment of costs. Medications and consumables are not returnable or refundable once dispensed.

If treatment is cancelled after the second treatment scan of the cycle taking place a charge of 810 Euro will apply. This will be taken from fees paid for the cycle. If the fees for the cycle have not been settled then you will be required to pay the 810 Euro on request.

In the event that you have paid for a cycle and wish to cancel but would like to come back in future, we can credit the future cycle with the payment made with the addition of the cancelation fee 810 Euro. In the event that no egg/eggs are collected at the egg collection, the cycle is considered completed and no refund will be issued. In the event that no embryos created from any of the treatment cycles are suitable for transfer or freezing, the cycle is considered completed and no refund will be issued.

If we decide, in our clinical discretion, that you are not suitable for treatment on medical grounds or we decide not to treat you for any other reason following a treatment booking, then we will refund your costs paid but we will deduct from the refund a Cancellation Fee to cover the costs of the treatment booking and other costs incurred by us.

If we decide for any other reason not to proceed with Treatment then we will be entitled to retain a cancellation fee. Failure to pay the applicable costs for frozen storage may lead to the stored embryos/gametes being destroyed.

Egg donation and egg sharing packages have additional terms and conditions. These will be provided to you if you require these services before you commence treatment. Where our charges are refundable a credit may be applied to your account. Otherwise, refunds are normally made within 28 days.
